About the Creator

The creator of this site is just that: a creator. I am a writer, a poet, an artist.  I am the type of person who looks at a blank slate of paper, and sees a universe worth of potential.  A blank paper, a block of wood or clay…to me they are all a window to a world of imagination.  Everything holds the capabilities to be something more, something unique and beautiful, and I do everything that I can to help it achieve those possibilities. In my life, I’ve experimented with nearly every hobby that is mentioned in this site, and many more.  A lot of these hobbies are still an active part of my time and energy.  I love creating, designing, decorating.  I love looking at something and finding a way to make a mark on it.  Whether temporary or permanent, I want to make everything I see more interesting to look at, more unique.

Those hobbies that I had never experimented with before building this site, I have begun to experiment with now.  I truly believe that arts are among the most important things in this world.  Unfortunately, they are also slowly fading from the minds and hearts of the masses.  I hope this website will help to change that.  I hope that it will open people’s eyes to new crafts, as well as teach them a little bit about old ones.

Another passion of mine is learning.  I am currently enrolled in college, learning to be a school teacher.  I love to read and write, to draw and research.  I am a fan of history, of English, and of, obviously, art.
