CraftyArtWorld has updated the gallery section to include a portfolio of some of Artist Anika's best and/or favorite peices (with a few exceptions excluded due to mature content). In celebration of this new addition, I've created a special graphic just for the portfolio. It is designed to match the colors and layout of all the other graphics of this site:
I hope everyone enjoys the new graphic (which has been added to the CraftyArtWorld homepage) and portfolio. If you are a frequent visitor here and have a favorite piece of artwork that you feel should be shown in the portfolio, feel free to leave a comment and let me know. If you are a first time viewer...well, I hope you enjoy the art anyway. As always, constructive criticism and outright praise is welcome and encourages: Note the little comment box at the bottom of the portfolio. Hint Hint. Nudge Nudge.

Love the new graphic! It's like a window behind your sillohuette looking to the heavens with the CAW logo amidst all the stars. Nicely done. I didn't think your homepage could be improved, but that graphic makes it even more inviting to explore further into the site.
Have one suggestion: When you mentioned "homepage" in the second line of the 2nd paragraph, I looked for a link to take me to it. Lazy me, I had to scroll ALL THE WAY back up to the menu or the rest of the way if hitting the Back to Top Button 'cause it didn't take me to the menu. Either way I had to scroll. (I can hear your finance now - picky, picky.) But hey, I was taught to add links to intra pages.

Reply to Marie:
I'm glad you like the new graphic. I had fun creating it. I really wanted it to match the colors of the site and the store graphic that I had made which is also on the homepage. I think it came out rather well and am glad you think so too. ^.^
Just for you lazy people, I've linked the word "homepage" to the homepage (look, I did it again in this comment reply too!). Should have done it to begin with, but I have a tendency to write blog entries right before bed and don't always think of such convenient things as linking (except, of course, to whatever new page I am talking about). Thanks for the suggestion; I am always open to constructive criticism. ^.^
